WE NEED HELP JULY 21!

The MDA Freedom Ride will be stopping in Poynette for lunch on Saturday, July 21.

Approximately 2000 motorcycles (2500+ people) will be arriving in Poynette around 1:15 p.m. The riders will stay in the village approximately 1-1/4 hour with the last motorcycles leaving about 3:15. The Chamber will man one of the lunch stands serving brats, burgers, chips and soda. Ten to 12 adults will be needed.

If you can help, please call Lynn Auclair at 846-5576 or Dick Emerson at 846-9664 by Tuesday, July 17. Each volunteer is asked to bring a kitchen tong to be used that day in dishing up the food. If you can help set-up from about 10:00 to noon, that would be fine and we would really appreciate help in serving the food from approximately 1:00 to 3:15. Please call to volunteer, this could be a big fund raiser for the Chamber.
